Civil Engineering deals with planning, design, construction and maintenance of structures like roads, bridges, buildings, dams, and water supply systems.

Eligibility

The Course for the Diploma in Civil Engineering shall extend over a period of three academic years, consisting of 6 semesters and the first year is common to all engineering branches.

  • A Civil Survey Lab provides practical training in measuring, mapping, and analyzing land features using conventional and modern instruments like Total Stations, Theodolites, GPS, and Auto Levels. Key activities include conducting closed traverses, leveling, contouring, and setting out curves for construction projects.
