Duplicate Marksheet
If you have lost your original mark sheet, you can apply for a duplicate one by submitting a written request
to the Exam Cell along with fee payment and relevant documents.
Procedure
- Submit a written application mentioning your name, registration number, and reason for request.
- Submit photocopy of the lost mark sheet (if available) + affidavit or FIR regarding the loss.
- Pay the duplicate document fee at the college finance office.
- Receive a receipt and collect the duplicate mark sheet from the Exam Cell after 3 working days.
Required Documents
- Copy of the lost mark sheet (if available).
- FIR/affidavit stating loss of mark sheet (signed by local authority).
- Copy of National ID (e.g. Aadhaar or Voter ID).
- Fee payment receipt from college finance office.
Fees
Duplicate Marksheet Fee: ₹200 (as of 2025).
