Attendance Requirements

• Students must secure at least 75% overall attendance per semester to appear for exams.
• In case of valid medical or sports-related absence, students with 65%–74% may be permitted, subject to submitting a certificate.
• Attendance below 65% will disqualify students from the examination, requiring them to repeat the semester.

Attendance Codes in Result Sheet

• SA: Indicates shortage of attendance—student is not permitted to write exams.
• RA: Re-appear due to failure, not attendance issue.
• W: Withdrawal from exam.
